Founding Computational Biochemist
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Founding Computational Biochemist at BioX AI in London, UK. The role involves leveraging AI and computational methods in biochemistry research and product development
Qualifications
- Proficiency in computational biology using advanced AI frameworks and methods
- Experience in molecular modeling, drug design, and virtual screening
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Relevant bioinformatics frameworks such as ESM3 and AlphaFold
- Knowledge of next-generation sequencing data analysis and molecular dynamics simulations
- Understanding of biological systems, structural biology, and protein-ligand interactions
- PhD or equivalent experience in Biochemistry, Computational Biology, or related field
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive scientific innovation
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences
